So you have your I.D. now what is it good for? If you don’t know or need a reminder, on the Torrington Campus your Husky One Card is your library card AND is debit card to pay for printing and copying at any of the university machines. When you need to print, you have to slide the card through the reader near the machine. You can also use it at the Co-op and at Chiane’s. Putting some cash on your card isn’t a bad idea. You will always have some snack money or a buck to buy a pen when you forget one before the big test. The best part about having Husky Bucks on your card is, you can’t put them in the tank of your car or blow them at Dunkin Donuts on the way to school.
To put some cash on your card for free, see Diane in the Co-op OR you (or your parents) can do on line with a credit card for a small fee by going to http://www.onecard.uconn.edu/index.html
